In case if you have received wrong product instead of the one what you had ordered, please contact us, we will dispatch and deliver the right product and our courier partner will collect the wrong product which has been delivered to you. This whole process won’t incur any charges, we consider it as part our extended customer service. Kindly make sure the wrong product delivered should in exactly the same condition as it was when it was received by you. If you fail to maintain the condition stated above, it will be considered as sold and you will have to pay for both product instead of the one you had ordered.
